Burpee Challenge - Day #7
1 mile with the pups and 4 on my own. Didn't feel too bad but my arms ached so much from yesterday's workout it was actually hard to run.

Day 5 burpee challenge done (did day 4 yesterday as well)
Missed my goal by about 25 seconds. Good thing there's 4 more races this summer.

Today was an easy day. Did my shoulder press at the right weight. 5-5-9 @ 43#, 49#, 56#. Then tabata air squats (15) and tabata knees to elbows (5) followed by 2 mins ab mat sit ups.
6 miles inc warm up, 3x1600 @ 7:30 with 800 jogs, cool down
