I felt fatigued again! Any suggestions on how make my legs feel less like dead weights? Perhaps a rest day could help...

Calf stretches beforehand, I always found my legs felt dead after I worked out without stretching first.

Youre right, but it actually felt much better today. I was planning on doing only about 20 minutes, but it felt fine. At the first point of discomfort I was going to stop, but i never felt it. Yay!
I have been resting it for awhile now, finally paying off

I do the same with my knee. The right one has on again off again tendonitis. It's the worst thing that I've ever experienced. But when it aches, I lay off the workouts completely until it feels a good 80%.
