I only ran once this week since Houston, so I thought I would have fresh legs. Turns out they were not so fresh and I had pain in my calves, quads and after the run, my knees. I have Austin in 4 weeks, but with the birth of my 3rd daughter on Tuesday, training will be light. That's OK, I can use the rest!
