      Yeah. The problem is that the program is 108 days of Yoga. No matter how much I try to convince myself, my bodies current status is not prepared for that. Between the tightness in my hips and my costochondritis, I am always concerned im gonna hurt myself. Friday I called my doctor and he said I could start running again but perhaps I should start with walking first. He was slightly concerned about the costochondritis and my yoga. If I told him about the pain in my hip right now, he would kick my ass.

      Today for dinner I had a lemon cupcake a Double Double with Animal Fries from In N Out and another cupcake. I had a few people comment on how they can't figure out where I put all that food and I just shrugged my shoulders and said, "Don't hate the player, hate the game." lol

      Girl . Im so so sorry to read this - heavy sigh . Big hugs and throwing all my Karma your way . I say add loads of whole foods to the diet and smoothies with Kale or spinach and 3 kinds of fruit and ground Flax Seed . A book I love about diet is Thrive . Hugs my amazing friend hang in there you are going to be kicking ass soon .

    Woke up with a stiff neck and upper back. Did mountain poses class and now I dont't have a stiff neck and upper back. Now I have sore triceps. lol I am so out of shape.
