    Humid day but I felt pretty good and kept an easy pace. Love the woods but ran on the paved trail due to the heavy rain and mud this morning.

    Very humid (regret forgetting my water) but glad to get my run in before working late today! I felt a little tired but was able to comfortably hold a decent pace.

    Everything was beautiful and nothing hurt! Leg felt good, gorgeous summer woods run after getting chores done, even! Might do double dip. Had to cut the mileage short to make it to church on time.
