great Track 2.4 km

Track again! I am really loving it; gets me going and it's a nice change of pace. Hard though!

1 walking warm up lap, 3 running and 1 running backwards.
3 sets of:
10 push ups
15 scissor kicks
15 fire hydrant with side donkey kicks each side

1 lap sprinting around the track, 1 lap walk
