I've been swimming regularly (4 - 5 times per week) but I have been so busy I have been neglecting DM. I've been so busy at work it's disgusting. I've been having a hard time getting back into running but I've logged a few miles each week in an attempt to keep up with it... I hope once the fall comes I will be more apt to get out there and run, in the meantime I'm enjoying swimming (and not sweating).
