#shredheads It's been 20 days since my last run; I haven't run since the half marathon on May 1. Felt great to get out there again. Knee felt pretty good until near the end, I could feel some twinges and wasn't too happy about that. Definitely need to do some more strengthening work.

Got a Garmin Forerunner 405 for my 30th birthday (on the 16th) so I tried it out today. Brought my Nike+ app and chip along to compare. Between Nike+, the Garmin and Google Maps I got 5.01km, 4.71km, and 4.9km, respectively.

Now I just need to get back to getting some miles in!

    Great job Sam! Up for the Watford road race tomorrow? It starts at 10, gotta register by 9. We are seeing how the weather is before we decide. :)
