    Ran most of this with Bev. Fun to swap stories. Perdita and Flik lead the way. We finished up with cupcakes and coffee for Jacquie's birthday! Great run with great friends!

    15:1 intervals with the 5k class. Everyone did GREAT! As far as I know, everyone made it. We are SO ready for the Jingle Bell Run and the Ugly Sweater Run!

    Vegas baby! Not very fast but what we lacked in speed, we made up for in FUN!!! Jacquie and I were in rainbow tutus with Christmas lights. Had a great time. Totally want to do it again.
