      PF had me for a while a few years ago. I was able to relieve it by simple toe-pulling stretches. Also rolling a frozen water bottle under the foot (the cold is tough for the first couple minutes, then feels good). You girls looked great out there!

      Thank you for running with me Christy. I hated DNFing, but I knew I had a few more miles left in me, but not 13. I hated having to do it, but it was the right thing to do. I slept all the way home and then slept when I got home. Not sure what was going on.
