blah Five Mile Letter P 5.06 mi 01:04 12:43 pace

Ran in the rain super slow. Headache really got to me. Of course even a hard run is better than no run and the rain was glorious.

    Hike 1.36 mi 01:05 47:49 pace

Hiked down to the river and did some litter pick up. Lovely morning for it. Did a bit of running but have vertigo today so it didn't feel good. That didn't stop me from climbing trees!

Wow, Tory! You really knocked your Ultra Ragnar out of the park. Great job!!! I only ran regular Ragnar and the heat was too much for me. Recover well.

Thank you @RikkiB! It was definitely a rough weekend, but I am proud of how well our team did! I was lucky to run in the last leg! Love doing that! Langley is a beautiful little town! We actually finished faster this year than last year.

Better than the last two. Only really petered out the last few miles with my PF and a serious need to use the restroom. Running in the dark was super awesome, though! Loved it!

PF had me for a while a few years ago. I was able to relieve it by simple toe-pulling stretches. Also rolling a frozen water bottle under the foot (the cold is tough for the first couple minutes, then feels good). You girls looked great out there!
