First Race in a while, i guess I felt okay, I think my gun time was 37 and change and there was no starting mat to get chip time, so I am going with what Cardio Trainer told me.

Feet felt better today, still got the tingles in the last mile though. I looked at these new sneaks and they are D's, I need to check, but I thought I usually wore E's.

Anyway, I walked for about a minute half way through and twice more on Old Statesville just to get a quick recovery. Finished fairly strong and completely toasted.

Gald I did it, time to get serious about training and find another race!
