    Did an hour and 15 minutes of yoga today. We paid special attention to our spine and hands today. Both are very happy campers now. Hope everyone finds some happiness in their day today. : )

    Went back and forth over my favorite bridge today. Ran 1/2 a mile then walked 1/2 a mile. Now at Whole Foods eating breakfast. :)
