    When one is fighting a cold and a banging headache what does one do?!?! She picks the most intense walk-out dvd she owns!! I rocked it! but the headache is still there and my eyes feel all hot and sick!

      Good for you! Exercise usually helps me temporarily helps me forget about my headaches.

    I was a bit sore from yesterday so I took a nice stroll on johnny walker! I did not want to start but by 25 minutes in I was feeling in a good groove! Then it was over! YAY!! I did it and that is all that matters!

    wahoo! I love walking in my living room and sneaking in strength & core training at the same time! today I used the Weightloss walk with 2lb handweights and I am sweaty - I am beginning to love being sweaty!
