I was just plain tired, it is Monday after all!! but I made myself workout!! I popped in Walk away your Waistline with the walking belt. I feel better for working out but I am still tired...and sweaty...and still tired. Ok, I may be a little whiny ~ Mondays are hard when one stays up watching football.
