NROLFW, S2, WO B1 - had to cut this one a wee bit short (the last 2 exercises - prone cobra and flexion were nixed) so I could pick up Q from track. I could be annoyed that I didnt get to finish or I could be bummed, but yanno what...shit happens and 90% of a workout is better than no workout. hmmf!
I think I like WO A better than B but I will keep plugging away.
