NROLFW, S1, Special WO B

warm/up: elliptical
deadlift - 45#bar - 40 reps
shoulder press - 10#dumbbells - 25 reps
widegrip lat pulldown - 40lbs - 45 reps
lunges - 15 reps each leg
cruches - 50 reps
finished up with some time on the elliptical
cooldown/stretch

Stage 1 is COMPLETE!!! I am amazed at how light these weights felt today. I didn't even go as light as I did when I started the stage, but the weights I started when I went out into the big part of the gym.
