warm up - walk the gym for 5 mins with KB in one hand
Deadlifts - 3x10 - 75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs
dumbbell shoulder press 3x10-, 20lbs each hand
wide-lat pulldown - 3x10, 80lbs
lunges (only hit 2 sets, knees bugging me today)
swissball crunch 4x10 (last 2 sets with heavier KB)
stretch, balance

Fantastic job, Jen! And so glad you backed off on the lunges if they were giving you trouble. You are a wise woman :)
