warm up - 5 mins treadmill
deadlifts: 1x10-65lbs, 2x10-75lbs
dumbbell shoulder press: 1x10 15lbs (each hand), 2x10 w/20lbs(each hand)
Lunges 3x10 *feeling more fluid
swiss-ball crunches 3x10 holding KB
10mins on treadmill
5 minute stretch (really focused on "bad leg/PT stretches"
