Great class last night - we did more of an open gym format, working on whatever skills we wanted individually. We did some bar work, switching directions on a bar swing, along with some gate vault techniques over the bars. After that, I decided to learn the infamous double kong. It took numerous tries and much experimentation, but I finally was making them towards the end of the class. Next time I'll have to experiment with different vault setups and distances.
