    The first 1/4 mile I felt like I was having a heart attack. No joke I almost stopped running. But it went away when I started running again.

    This was a really good day to run. It was nice a cool and not much wind. I felt a little slow out of the chute but I think I picked it up nicely.

    After a year of back problems. I was cleared to run 4 weeks ago and I am doing well so far. It is good to be back on here and I look forward to connecting with you all again.

    First pain free run in almost a year. Posture therapy really made the difference. Going to take it slow and build my mileage up.

    Couldn't find my groove today. I felt really out of sync, so I just tried coasting. That did not work either lots of walking on this one. Oh well not every day is going to go good.

    Felt really good today. I pushed a little harder and tried to keep pace at right around 9:00 and was able to come just under that. Also found $10.00 bucks while waiting for a stop light

    Nice run. I was really just trying to take it easy. Pace was to be around 10 min. I wasn't trying to go faster it just sort of happened. Very happy about this one!

      Good Job, is that the new PRT test? What were the other events like? I heard the CSM of the Army wants to make it a 4 mile run with a 12 mile ruck.
