I am so exhausted from that! My neck hurt going into this and while the rest of my body feels great my neck is out of sorts and feeling sort if nauseous. Glad I made it to class though!

My first yoga sculpt class was great! Doing a back to back C2 and this is tough on the arms but powered through. Ill be sore tomorrow!
