    This run felt so awesome! I had to take advantage of this rare cool day in Colorado Springs! Longest I've ran since I moved here. Sub 11 minute is always fantastic for me.

    I am so exhausted from that! My neck hurt going into this and while the rest of my body feels great my neck is out of sorts and feeling sort if nauseous. Glad I made it to class though!

    Repeats for 2 miles. Speed: 7 Incline: 0 for 1 minute. Speed: 4 Incline: 10 for 3 minutes. Repeat. Def a quicker calorie burn. Back of legs will hurt tomorrow!
