    Also did upper body weights an abs! Work outs are about to switch from just running to a mixture of stuff, I am now in the United States Army, and leave for boot camp October 18th, got to get ready =]

  6. Seriously need to get some motivation back. Not only to work out, but to stop eating awful. I just don't have the desire these past few days for some reason. It sucks.

    Ran with my 75 year old running buddy Jack! He is awesome, and tough as heck to keep up with! We also did 200 sit ups and 30 chair dips! Weather was actually awesome this evening as well!

      Nice run Taylor!! I use to run with a "Jack" too. He was a beagle and boy could he run for being a mini beagle. Unfortunately living in the country pets often get ran over. He was 69 years old :(

      Agree with Patti. Sounds like you need to rest up a bit. Make sure you're doing the easy things like eating well and getting enough sleep then your running will fall in line. Very smart to stop instead of running and not enjoying it. Hoping tomorrow you are feeling it :)

    Real slow run. Didn't do the ten that I set out to do, but my legs were just tired and kept cramping up. I also did 210 sit ups and 30 chair dips! I will get my ten in tomorrow!
