    In less humid conditions, I think I could have got a 5k PR. That was tough! Always a fast race. Had my friend Randi to keep me going.

    Cut my workout short, but it was 100x4, 200x8 with 200 jogs, and I had to leave. Pace for the 200s were between 5:00 and 5:20. Probably too fast, but I'll survive. 😜
