  5. This weather sure is a bummer. I can't find the motivation to get out in it. Bundled up or not it's still cold.....& I hate driving to the gym to get on the dreadmill. HELP!!!!

      This is why I bought a treadmill for the garage last year. Is it as good as being outside? Heck no! But it sure beats not getting a good sweat.

      Def right there!! I got a sweat though-taught fit club tonight. Still not the same as running though :-/

    Arms are shaking but feel good. I've noticed a huge difference in all of my workouts since adding weight training & love seeing my running improve!!
