10,663.2. I would normally do a final long run two weeks prior to the marathon, but because I just ran a marathon 6 days ago I came up with a plan. Run half today and run the other half of the long run tomorrow at a faster pace. Today I was aiming for 8 min/miles to keep it casual so I'm pleased with the result. The second half will be in Columbus, OH, hopefully at marathon pace.
