good Garmy Wins 3.07 mi 00:24 07:44 pace

Well apparently Garmy wasn't too happy losing 2 of 3 long runs this weekend so I had to do some esteem building this morning. He started by measuring the half-way point long, adding precious seconds to my time. No worries. Happy Hump Day!

It's like what I tell my 6yo son about his 4yo brother - sometimes you have to let him win to encourage him to keep wanting to play. Nice 3.

You just gave some points to him. Don't worry Steve, you should make him happy once in a blue moon...
