    Today on the treadmill I ran at a 7:30 mm pace. For a quarter of a mile. Then I was spent. Can't imagine holding on to that for 7.07 miles. Way to move those tired legs today!

    Hate when I overdress I never know what to do with all my layers!! As for my BIL he's the head coach for Rutgers Football. Unbelievable run for heavy legs & overdressing!! Awesome!!

    @Jenny - It's in you (7:30 miles) as soon as you get well. @Deanna & Pantha - Weatherman said 28-30F so I dressed for it (tights and polypro top). Problem was it was actually 36F (shorts weather).
