Shake-out 5K as a prelude to tomorrow's long run. Darn blister I picked up yesterday at the track bothered me in the first mile, but was less annoying in the last 2 miles. TGIF!!!

    @Thomas-thanks. Very likely to see you there. @Fred-ha ha. I tend to get impatient and want to get it done so it's hard for me to keep the pace down. This group run might just force/help me thru it. Plus it sounds like a great MB pace!!
