Getting back into shape. After last week's slug-like performance, I was hoping for a better session today and got it. Changed up the 6-800's to 4-1200's (4:20, 4:31, 4:27, 4:19) to keep the distance the same. Happy with the result. Run at about 90% effort. Total time reflects 2 mile warm-up run to the track and 2 mile cool-down run home. Now looking forward to the long run plan for Saturday: 3 hours at MB pace.

Thanks everyone. Funny feeling noticed on my toe post-workout turned out to be a blister. Haven't had one of those in awhile. I'm blaming the sock. @Dan B-MB=mitochondrial building.
