      thank you!! she totally went out of her comfort zone and really braved the difference between a crossfit gym and any other enviornment. I call her the work out queen (which she totally is) but she is so shy and we did some stuff she had never done before. It was really fun taking her to my new obsession and then being able to go elsewhere and get her workout in. Good mother/daughter bonding!
