    First run back in a lonnnnnng time. Really just went out there and started running. Got some new goals in mind for the future, and theyre not going to be easy. Cannot believe ive still got it in me.

    i got home from track and my dad asked me i think as a joke if i wanted to go running in the neighborhood with him. (he was going to do 2 2 mile loops) i ended up dropping out after the first loop.

    felt awesome on the warm up, but i felt pretty bad for a little bit on the cool down. 18 min warmup and 15 min cool down.

    first 1.5 mile split was 8:26. ha we decreased the pace on the second loop to conserve some energy. the 800 was to quick to hurt. rocksprings park is the hilliest place on earth.
