    No clue of time..i would bet around the 8:40 mark. Just enjoying the beautiful day.

    Slow run with High School and local runners to honor those in Boston. Ran with a Boston finisher that experienced it all first hand. Many stories shared that were hard to hear.

      Try and do foot strengthening exercises. I recommend single leg balancing and when you can do that do it with your eyes closed. Have you had the bruising feeling before? I get it on the ball of my right foot, but it happens when I do speed sessions in firm shoes and it goes away in a day or two. You may want to look at a more cushioned shoe as well. I find the Wave Riders to be somewhat firm.

      never before wearing the wave riders. it is both feet..same location same pain. i am hoping more cushioned shoes will help.

      Hope you get the shoes figured out. I'm not much help there. My only thought is to go to a local running store and talk to one of the sales people, they're usually pretty knowledgeable. Nice miles!

    the wonder of trails is that you slow down but dont really mind it. however, it is much harder to maintain pace while jumping roots and rocks. this one got to me a bit.
