    Longest run in about 2 months. Not too bad, although I was quite dehydrated. The best part was the 300 meters in the middle that Linaya joined me for :)

  2. my garmin isn't syncing right--it says no new activity found, even though the new run is right there on the screen! Any advice?

    I worked hard for that one. Di was nice and stuck with me. Furthest run in about 7 months, so I guess I should be pleased, but I'm hoping for some improvement over the next 2 months.

    was able to do the whole workout with 10 and 7lb weights, and then ran at 6mph for about 6 minutes with a couple of sprints at 7mph thrown in.

    half way through I was really dizzy again. Not sure if my BP is lower than usual, or not eating enough before I go, or what the deal is.

    pretty stiff from Tuesday, so I decided I should do something so I won't be as stiff this Tuesday. I didn't know that the limiting factor on push-ups would be my abs! Too sore!

    ran 2 miles in 25 minutes at 5.0 mph, then walked till my show was done. I did 7 or 8 minutes before that, too, but lost it when I pulled the cord by accident and then got a phone call.

    I didn't really know how level 2 could be that much harder--boy was I wrong! I'll be really good at planks again if I can survive it though!
