    Longest run in about 2 months. Not too bad, although I was quite dehydrated. The best part was the 300 meters in the middle that Linaya joined me for :)

    I worked hard for that one. Di was nice and stuck with me. Furthest run in about 7 months, so I guess I should be pleased, but I'm hoping for some improvement over the next 2 months.

    was able to do the whole workout with 10 and 7lb weights, and then ran at 6mph for about 6 minutes with a couple of sprints at 7mph thrown in.
