      Something I ate for lunch not totally sure but I was sick a few times from it. I've never been able to do longer rides on the trainer - it drives me nuts but I might have to try it to get in a few more rides. What is your longest ride on the trainer?

      Ugh! Sorry to hear this D. I was guessing you'd get about 75 in before sundown. What made you sick? I dropped my bike off at outspokin on the way home. BTW, you can always do 100 on the trainer. Let me know if you want to borrow mine.
