    went for a nice jog with Echo. it was a tad colder than I expected and my hands still hurt. however, I was impressed with how easy the run felt :)

    I took a day off yesterday (Sorry Amanda!!). Today seemed a little easier, but my legs still feel weak.

    Tried another of Jillian Micheal's workouts (OnDemand) and really liked it. Was mostly kick-boxing. Don't worry I'll still do the Shred tonight. I just didn't have time to get to the gym.

    First day of L3. I like it much better than L2! I did do the modified moves just because I wasn't sure what I was doing. I'll be upping the weight and doing the full moves tomorrow.

      This was going to be on my final tip post... do the modified moves on the first day of each level. Ease into it. :)
