    GREAT workout - did the hill program on the elliptical .... at level 5 for 5 minutes then level 10 the rest of the time! The lower body and ab work! WOOT!!!! 170 calories burned

    Woohoo! GREAT workout on the ARC trainer! Level 5 for 15 minutes hen level 8 for 15 minutes. Last 5 minutes - recovery at level 1. Then did strength training - NEVER FELT better! :)
