I hit a gym (studio) closer to my home, to give it a go.
It's pretty cool, up on the top floor of a building and most of the walls are windows with a great view over the town. Beautiful morning. Part of me wished I hit the road, but I did achieve one serious sweat. Instructor was good, but not as good as the one at my local Y. Sweat, is sweat!

Awesome! I love sweaty spins! Having a nice view is a treat, though there's nothing like a drill sergeant of an instructor to make one really get in a fantastic workout! Makes me miss the one who no longer seems to do classes at my gym. C'est la vie!
