One tip for you Todd, with walking on your hands, I did gymnastics at a pretty high level and I never figured out if it was a mental block or what, but I found it very very difficult to walk forward on my hands…..that is the way that every one does it…… I was able to walk backwards on my hands {following my chest} better then anyone. Don't hesitate to try this, no one ever does this but it may work for you. All has to deal with body alignment. ….
