I felt pretty good for my first BodyCombat class.
I never heard about before until today. I saw a class offering this morning, so I thought why not give it a shot.

These are the things I would do next time if I knew what I know now:
1) Have a good pair of shoes that will absorb the shock from all the jumping and shuffling.
2) Bring lots of water
3) Go to class well stretched
