c25k wk1day2 felt much better today, felt quicker, back hurt a little less. Did 3 of the jogging times, but was a little easier. Definitely not going to be ready for week 2 next week though.

I am PROUD of you, darling!!! That is fantastic!!! I know how hard it is for you. I started C25K when I was 207lbs and that was not easy! Couldn't jog for even 30 seconds at a time.

Outstanding job!!! The tightness could be due to the fact that you are new to running/jogging. You just have to stick with it and build up your endurance. There's actually an art to running. You have to have good form (posture, stride) while watching your breathing. Too shallow breaths will cause cramps. I tend to get them in my shoulder. They go away pretty quickly (less than a minute) once I get it under control.
