    it was challenging as well. my left knee started hurting, preventing me from increasing my speed and running longer. my breathing was a bit off as well, so i need to work on that this week.

    i took a break from running after rollerblading last Sunday. this run was tough. my knee started hurting not even half way through the run. plus it was pouring outside.
