    it went well i just felt tired throughout the race and the hills didnt help any but i still beat my PR(under 30min)but anyway i had a great run with my family and happy birthday killer:)

    It went ok, it was a great run, and also my first first 10K and it had a wonderful view, but all in all i had fun running it with Colleen

    it went well other than my calfs, i got some new vibram five fingers (shoes)
    which realy give your calfs a workout and running two day stright on soar calfs is hard

      Don't try to do too many miles in the VFF's. It takes time to get used to them.
