    Great run! We went the opposite direction at Loos Park. It felt like a different track.

    We stayed within our pace zone (12:00 - 13:00) for the most part. My body really felt the additional miles. I'm so happy we finished! Yay us! The training program is going well.

      My body just doesn't like running in the evening. Weather permitting I'll be at Saturday's 6am group run. Hope to see you there!

    This morning’s run was amazing! I set out to run 7miles. 7miles felt great, so I pushed myself and did 8miles. I’ve officially moved into the double digit weekly miles total category. Yay Me!!! :-)

      Ohhhh I feel you on this, Tamika! I did not get to run today until 11'ish...I usually run at 5 or 6 AM. I was roasting, but I kept thinking "your conditioning yourself to run in heat - keep going!"
