RUN
blah 3 mi 00:42 13:54 pace
Conditioning the mind and body to run in heat/humidity is no joke. My miles and times aren’t what I set out to do, but it’s a start.

at least you're out there Tamika--good job! Are you going tomorrow morning to ORC? I'll be there at 6

Ohhhh I feel you on this, Tamika! I did not get to run today until 11'ish...I usually run at 5 or 6 AM. I was roasting, but I kept thinking "your conditioning yourself to run in heat - keep going!"

My body just doesn't like running in the evening. Weather permitting I'll be at Saturday's 6am group run. Hope to see you there!
