    The weather was perfect, but again, by mile 10 my belly was rumbling. I can't eat and run, so I attempt to take in calories via liquid. I'm still trying to find the magic regimen for the long runs.

      Awesome 15! When I'm out for 1.5 hours+, I use GU, water, and S! caps for my magic combination.

      Are Cliff Shots any better than GU. I can do the jelly beans but the Gu just doesn't agree with me. I can't stand the consistency. Good job Tami. 15 miles is something to brag about!

  16. I've been in the cape for a wedding the last few days. Now I'm back home and trying to get back into the swing of life. Eeeeps! Its so hard :)

      Change of scenery is always good. Or try timing yourself and next time out try and beat your time. Its like racing yourself! Hang in there!

      Changing up your route may be a good start, but I know it's tough for a lot of us, since many of us are creatures of habit. Sometimes I'll substitute a long bike rides to mix things up when I get tired of my running routes. In fact, I've found some good running routes this way.
