      LOL! B, I wasn't neccessarily feeling rough, but it WAS a rough morning. 27F is a bit chilly for this Texan! My toes were still numb at the beginning of the run from the bike ride to mark the course!

    Forgot my Garmin so I got distance off of Megan's. 1 mile warmup and cooldown, then 8 X Wheels at 4th and Elm. Tag on two backward spokes for balance. Big group!
