Family 10 miler 10 mi 01:32 09:12 pace

We set out with fussy kiddos.. UGH! Beautiful day. This is the last long long run before Hubby's first Half next Sunday. We had to stop a few times to let the boys get energy out...Family runs are all dependent on the kids, thankfully I packed good snacks for the return trip.

We decided the last 5 we would not stop and would try for sub Goal Pace miles under 9:00 pace, this is how it went:

8:35, 8:52, 8:52, 8:56, 8:51!!

9:12 pace overall and hubby pushed the boys the whole run to save my knee. I am so impressed training for his first Half pushing 100lbs of kids.. EXCITED for next Sunday!!

He will do GREAT during the half. Esp if he isn't pushing the kids.

Someone should really figure out a jogging stroller weight carried pace handicap. In the meantime, I know from experience how impressive that run is!! Nice!
