great Foothills trail Sunday 5K 3.1 mi 00:32 10:15 pace

We started at a different spot on the trail today which dropped us in the middle of the really PRETTY part, the part I usually have run to get to.. It was an overcast day and pretty dreary. We started out by seeing a Bald Eagle in a nearby tree, we see them often but it always makes me excited.

Hubby is fighting the end of a cold so was pretty drained I wanted to run and run and run... oh well.. the little one fell asleep while our oldest played his DS. It has been chilly so the rain cover comes in handy to keep the boys warm.

I WILL get our Half training plan done this week. Hubby wants to run a sub 2:00 his first time out. We will want to train on hills because Capital City Half (Olympia, WA) had a KILLER hill at mile 10.
