feeling a bit fatigued so made this one shorter than recent runs.
1st half @8:00 pace
2nd half @7:03 pace-
good job with the fast pace. hopefully you get some rest. at least you got out there and got the miles in. are you back on 4hb? how did the whole diet thing go. fill me in when you get a chance

nice run. avgHR higher than normal, but understandable considering the holidays. unusually warm at ~68F at 4pm =/ tried to keep the pace between 7:45 - 8:05. success!
