No energy this morning! I cut my run short by 4k. Went across Dundas, crossed the new bridge and needed to find a ladder to get down the 10 foot drop on the other side. Lucky for me the workers left me a ladder.

    Thanks Earla! I told this story to a couple of my running pals and they just about died laughing. The bridge wasn't finished, I had to climb over rebar, beams and climb down girders. They were puzzled on how I could have made it across after we drove by and I showed them the construction site.
