    Thanks Richard! It started raining so I picked up the pace to beat the rain. I also needed a good stamina run in preparation for my 5k race this Saturday. I know one of your goals is to break 20 minutes for a 5k. I may have a few good ideas to share if you're interested. One thing that really helped me were one mile repeats at the track. Another was a good warm up before the race, I do a 4k warm up before any race or 3k before a tempo or steady run. My warm up pace is a bit slower than LSD. Good Luck!

    Thanks Doug, tomorrow is my last interval day (5 X1.6K) before Mississauga. I have been running them faster than the suggested 4:42/km, but instead at about 4:05/km which I am able to maintain. I will increase my warm ups. I appreciate any suggestions you give me, thanks so much !!!!!
