yes, it has really sucked here for a bit but this morning my feet seemed tough enough to take my little bit of running (lol) so I went and had a good time....a couple of hot spots but nothing horrid YAY!!

ugh is right! humidity is the big baddie! at least along the river there was a breeze (except when blocked by buildings).... Will I ever get faster?? I am so slow :(

I've started doing all my workouts early in the morning. You miss worst of the heat and then you don't have to dread - er look forward to, your run for the rest of the day :) Good luck! Keep it up!
